A place where I can strive to publish ideas that push MY thought processes to a higher level. A place where all humanity is included. A safe place for kids. And puppies.
Haute Thought is NOT
A place where I can publish thoughts that are better than your thoughts. Well, if you publish total crap, then maybe. I am not so high and mighty that I would presume what one god purportedly said a couple of thousand years ago:
Isaiah 55:8-9
8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.
9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
Between you and me, I agree that your thoughts are not my thoughts. We can agree. Or not. But we can still be kind to each other. But I don't believe that my thoughts are higher than yours. Maybe they are, maybe they aren't. Some days we all have pretty low thoughts, but my goal is to keep my low thoughts off this blog.
